Buenas!, I'm Sandra
known to many as The NeuroSpicy Social Worker, I’m the CEO & Founder of Unalome Consulting Group LLC and the Creator of the S.P.I.C.Y. Framework. I’m also a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and public speaker. The titles reflect what I do, but at my core, they’re simply layers of how I show up in the world, with curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief that growth is possible for all of us. With over 18 years of experience in clinical practice and leadership, my mission is to reimagine how we talk about mental health, leadership, and wellness, especially for those of us who think, feel, and lead a little differently.
As a practice leader, doctoral candidate, and national speaker,
my work is guided by the S.P.I.C.Y. Leadership Framework™, a model I developed around Self-Awareness, Purpose, Innovation, Courage, and Yielding Transformation. It shapes everything I teach, design, and advocate for, human-centered leadership, neuro- inclusion, and meaningful change.
