Buenas!, I'm Sandra
known to many as The NeuroSpicy Social Worker, I’m the CEO & Founder of Unalome Consulting Group LLC and the Creator of the S.P.I.C.Y. Framework. I’m also a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and public speaker. The titles reflect what I do, but at my core, they’re simply layers of how I show up in the world, with curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief that growth is possible for all of us. With over 18 years of experience in clinical practice and leadership, my mission is to reimagine how we talk about mental health, leadership, and wellness, especially for those of us who think, feel, and lead a little differently.
Currently, I lead a Mental Health Practice
in the DMV area, do my very best as a doctoral candidate at Simmons University and travel the country speaking to larger than life crowds absorbing the many differences that we all possess and leaning into the similarities we share. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me doom scrolling or coming up with a complete detailed plan on how to solve world hunger while petting my dogs and drinking tea, because balance, of course.
